This love story begins at Lincoln Elementary School during the 2019-2020 school year. Humberto taught 6th grade in room 31, while Crystal taught 5th in room 33. Quickly, copy room run-ins, teacher venting sessions, and yard duty conversations between them became more frequent. In the late fall, on Sports Day specifically, Humberto asked if Crystal could go to a 49ers game with him and some friends. Little did Crystal know, that this date was previously discussed between Humberto and Don Arturo (our school custodian). Crystal said yes, and a few days later sent Humberto a message on GroupMe, asking for his number. A few weeks passed, and they went to the game, they soon began spending more time together and the rest is history.
